Service Terms and Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Technician" refers to the individual(s) performing automotive diagnostic, maintenance, or repair services on behalf of Rabbit Mobile Auto.

  • "Client" refers to the individual(s) or entity requesting service and/or the registered owner of the vehicle being serviced.

  • "Service" includes all labor, diagnostics, and repairs performed by the Technician with the intent of maintaining or improving the vehicle’s operating condition.

2. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Notice Period: Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $75.00 Cancellation Fee.

  • En Route Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs while the Technician is in transit, the Client is liable for the $75.00 Cancellation Fee plus accrued Travel Costs.

  • No-Show: If the Technician cannot access the vehicle or locate the Client within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled arrival, the appointment is deemed a "No-Show" and subject to both the Cancellation Fee and Travel Costs.

3. LABOR, FEES, AND ESTIMATES

  • Labor Rate: Service labor is billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour.

  • Travel Costs: Travel expenses are calculated based on the estimated round-trip transit time from Rabbit Mobile Auto’s primary place of business to the service location, billed at $75.00 per hour.

  • Discovery of Additional Repairs: The initial estimate is an approximation. If the Technician identifies further necessary repairs during the course of Service, work will be suspended until the Client provides authorization for the adjusted cost.

  • Invoicing: The final invoice shall include the total labor hours, the retail cost of all parts installed, and all applicable travel and disposal fees.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Immediate Payment: Payment is due immediately and in full upon the completion of Service.

  • Condition of Vehicle: The obligation to pay the full invoice amount persists regardless of whether the Service results in a fully operational vehicle.

5. PARTS AND WARRANTY

  • Parts Provision: Rabbit Mobile Auto offers a limited warranty only on parts supplied by the Technician. No warranty is provided for "Client-Provided Parts."

  • Defective Client Parts: If a Client-provided part is defective or incorrect, the Client remains liable for all labor and travel costs incurred during the attempted installation.

6. SITE CONDITIONS AND SAFETY

  • Workspace Requirements: The Client must provide a flat, stable, and safe work surface (preferably concrete or asphalt).

  • Right of Refusal: The Technician reserves the right to halt or refuse Service at their sole discretion if the work environment is deemed unsafe, unstable, or in violation of local ordinances.

7. LIABILITY AND PROPERTY

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Client acknowledges that Rabbit Mobile Auto is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical failures or cosmetic damage. The Technician may document the vehicle’s condition via photos prior to beginning Service.

  • Environmental Liability: While the Technician utilizes standard measures to contain automotive fluids, the Client assumes all liability for any pre-existing or resulting leaks, spills, or stains on the property.

  • Inclement Weather: Rabbit Mobile Auto reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions without penalty to the Technician; in such cases, Cancellation Fees are waived.
